Nothing. It's an opaque vegetable capsule. The contents have a faintly earthy aroma if you open one. Ashwagandha root is bitter and grassy, but the capsule keeps that to itself.

KSM-66® has a strong safety record at our full 600 mg daily dose. The most commonly reported effects are mild and short lived, usually drowsiness or stomach upset when taken without food. If you experience anything persistent, stop and check with your clinician.

We don't recommend ashwagandha during pregnancy or while nursing. Please consult your clinician.
