Our Testing Process
Every batch of Optibio Ashwagandha goes through a rigorous multi-step testing process before it reaches you:
Raw Material Testing
Every incoming batch of KSM-66® is tested for identity, potency, and purity before manufacturing begins.
In-Process Quality Checks
Multiple quality checkpoints during manufacturing ensure consistency in weight, potency, and capsule integrity.
Third-Party Lab Testing
Independent labs verify potency (5% withanolides), test for heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium), and screen for microbial contamination.
Final Release Testing
A final quality review before any batch is released for sale. Only batches that pass every test make it to your door.

KSM-66® Ingredient Certifications
Optibio is formulated with KSM-66® ashwagandha — a branded root-only extract that holds 43+ independent, third-party certifications. The certifications below apply to the KSM-66® ingredient.
Optibio's finished product is manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients, in a GMP-certified, FDA-registered facility. Organic and certification claims above apply to the KSM-66® ashwagandha ingredient sourced from certified organic farms.
