Optibio Supplements offers a Subscribe & Save program. You are never locked in — you can cancel, pause, or skip a delivery at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum number of orders.
How Your Subscription Bills
Subscribe & Save is charged $24.99 for your first order, then $36.99 every 45 days, automatically, to your saved payment method, until you cancel. Every subscription delivery ships free. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal so you have time to skip or cancel.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Using the subscription management link in your account or order confirmation email
- Emailing us at support@optibiosupplements.com with your order number
Cancellation requests are processed within 1 business day. If your next shipment has already been processed, the cancellation will take effect for the following cycle.
Pausing or Skipping
Not ready to cancel? You can skip a single delivery or pause your subscription and resume at any time, using the same account link or by contacting support@optibiosupplements.com.
Refunds for Subscription Orders
