We want you to feel confident trying Optibio. If our product doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at support@optibiosupplements.com with your order number and reason for the refund
- We'll respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your refund
- Keep the bottle — there's no need to ship anything back
- Receive your refund within 5-10 business days of approval
Refund Conditions
- Requests must be made within 90 days of your delivery date
- No need to return the product — keep the bottle, opened or unopened
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Subscription orders: you may cancel at any time. Refunds apply to the most recent shipment only
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different quantity or subscription frequency, simply request a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@optibiosupplements.com. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
