90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying Optibio. If our product doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@optibiosupplements.com with your order number and reason for the return
  2. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions (if applicable)
  3. Ship the product back (opened or unopened) to the address we provide
  4. Receive your refund within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return

Refund Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 90 days of your delivery date
  • Both opened and unopened bottles are eligible for a refund
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (unless we shipped the wrong item or a defective product)
  • Subscription orders: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds apply to the most recent shipment only

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different quantity or subscription frequency, simply request a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@optibiosupplements.com. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including return shipping.
