Shipping Availability
Optibio Supplements currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships
Subscription Orders (Subscribe & Save)
Subscription shipments are processed automatically based on your selected delivery frequency (every 1, 3, or 6 months). You will receive an email notification before each renewal. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by contacting support@optibiosupplements.com.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website (USPS).
Delivery Issues
Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate or send a replacement.
Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at support@optibiosupplements.com within 7 days. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Address errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the shipment before it ships.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimates.
